- The site ALPESUISSE.CH is a platform dedicated to the tourism and to the holiday rentals, in the form of announcement and of reservation.
- The announcer is aware that the site ALPESUISSE.CH is a brand of JPG Exploitations Sàrl. JPG Exploitations Sàrl reserves the right to publish announcements appearing in the site ALPESUISSE.CH in its sites which are its property. The announcer also authorises JPG Exploitations Sàrl to post his announcement in multidistribution (on several names of domain), to increase his visibility.
- The announcements of rent and sale are visible during all the duration of the contract according to the formula of chosen publication.
- The announcer recognises that he is the only and exclusive author of his announcements, or announcements were inserted through his identifiers on ALPESUISSE.CH. The information published on the site is under the only responsibility of the announcers.
- JPG Exploitations Sàrl reserves the right to delete any announcement in nonconformity with rules workbenches for the site ALPESUISSE.CH. The not respectful or offensive announcements will be deleted. The deletions can intervene without any advance notice. The announcer cannot then take advantage of a some compensation.
- The announcer certifies the exactness of the concerning information his rents, the description of the property, the services and the related options put at the disposal of the tenant. - The announcer certifies to be the holder of the copyright, the rights to the image of the photos on ALPESUISSE.CH. In no case JPG Exploitations Sàrl can be held responsible for breach of copyright and image rights, by an announcer. JPG Exploitations Sàrl reserves the right to claim against the announcer in a case of dispute, and to seek compensations costs.
- The announcer makes a commitment fitted out tastefully his accommodation for the rent.
- The announcer makes a commitment to pass on an appreciation of the tenant, in case the tenant would not have respected his commitment.
- JPG Exploitations Sàrl will not transmit confidential information of the announcers, in particular the e-mail address, the phone number and the mailing address, without asking advice first.
- The announcer recognises that JPG Exploitations Sàrl is the only decision-maker of the formatting information and the contents of the site ALPESUISSE.CH, the real estate announcements, the selection of the information to be published, advertisements and Internet links on the site, order in which are published announcements, and more generally conditions of publication of announcements. He also recognises that conditions of the advertisement are subject to change without notice by JPG Exploitations Sàrl, without that he can take advantage of a some damage or a compensation.
- Price lists are defined in the section " Owner Space " and are subject to change without notice. It corresponds to the diffusion of the announcement on the site ALPESUISSE.CH for specified period and cannot be changed by the, and which is not modifiable by the will of the announcer. JPG Exploitations Sàrl reserves the right at any time and without notice to modify price lists and promotional offers related to the announcements publication. No total or partial refund can be requested for any reason whatsoever.
- JPG Exploitations Sàrl commits to the widest possible publication of the announcements which are subjected to implement ways to improve site traffic on ALPESUISSE.CH and provides the means of marketing only as far as its financial resources allow. However, JPG Exploitations Sàrl does not guarantee the results nor the consequences of the distribution of the announcement.
- JPG Exploitations Sàrl reserves the right to remove an announcement of the site ALPESUISSE.CH, so for example, if complaints are received from tenants, a fraudulent, illicit, fanciful announcement and non-in compliance with the reality, the mode of rent non-in compliance with the regulations in force, nuisances and factors of discomfort not mentioned in the announcement (noise, molds, smells, not exclusive enjoyment of the property, the defective furniture, etc.) or for quite other motive. The announcer cannot then take advantage of any compensation.
- If a complaint reaches JPG Exploitations Sàrl from a tenant further to a stay, JPG Exploitations Sàrl will immediately notify the owner about it. The owner will be required then to resolve the complaint.
- JPG Exploitations Sàrl declines any responsibility in case of theft, damage and burglary caused by a tenant.
- The announcer has the right to remove his accommodation of the market, while still under contract. JPG Exploitations Sàrl will deactivate temporarily the announcement and will reactivate it in a future date chosen by the announcer. The announcement shall remain in force as initially planned due dates (the date of renewal is not postponed).
- If JPG Exploitations Sàrl is not able to provide the level of service required for any reason whatsoever beyond its control, including the breakdowns of the internet and other network (telephone, electricity, etc.) or in case of force Major, JPG Exploitations Sàrl cannot be held responsible.
- The announcer agrees to respond to persons contacting him within 72 hours, and to maintain the contents of the announcement.
- The announcer agrees not to use its announcement as advertising medium for a web site with professional vocation, without the agreement of JPG Exploitations Sàrl.
- The announcer is the only responsible for the safekeeping of passwords and access codes which are attributed to him. It is up to him to implement measures of precaution and security necessary for their protection. In case of loss or of theft, or if he acquaints with the use of his access code by a not authorized third party, the announcer agrees to immediately notify JPG Exploitations Sàrl, and no longer make use of his account. JPG Exploitations Sàrl cannot be considered responsible for the fraudulent use of password and access codes by third parties who would be able to steal them and / or use.
- The announcer agrees that the contract is formed upon validation of the publication. The publication comes into effect in the date of the received amount, according to the contract chosen at the account of JPG Exploitations Sàrl, through a number of credit card. If the option of the Pack Flexibility is chosen, JPG Exploitations Sàrl allows himself to send an invoice to the announcer to deduct his commission or the commission on the rental amount which will be transferred to the announcer.
- The announcer is aware that the contract is renewed tacitly for the same duration. The announcer may cancel the contract on prior notice of 30 days before the expiry term , by written mail or e-mail.
- The present general conditions are governed by the Swiss law.
